We make considered clothing for considered men. If a set isn't right, returning or exchanging it should be just as easy as buying it.

14 days. No questions that matter.

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or exchange. Here's how it works depending on where you are.

GCC return fee of 30 AED is deducted from your refund. Any customs or clearance charges incurred on the return to our UAE warehouse are also the customer's responsibility and deducted from the refund. We'll always confirm the total before processing.

i.
Reach out within 14 days
Email us at returns@barefootculture.com with your order number and whether you'd like a return or an exchange. One message is enough to start.
ii.
We confirm the details
We'll reply with confirmation and next steps. For UAE orders, we arrange the pickup. For GCC orders, we'll confirm the return method and any applicable fees before anything is processed.
iii.
Pack the set as it arrived
Place the set back in its original packaging, unworn and with tags attached. Keep it in the same condition you received it.
iv.
Refund or exchange processed
Once we receive and inspect the set, we process your refund to the original payment method, or dispatch your exchange. Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days of us receiving the item.

What we ask in return.

To accept a return or exchange, the set needs to come back to us in the same condition it left. This keeps quality high for every customer.

Unworn & unwashed
The set must not have been worn beyond trying on, or washed.
ii.
Tags attached
All original tags and the woven label must remain attached.
iii.
Original packaging
Returned in the packaging it arrived in, undamaged.
iv.
Within 14 days
Requested within 14 days of your order being delivered.
v.
Complete set
Both pieces of the set must be returned together.
vi.
Free from marks
No fragrance, deodorant, stains, or signs of wear.
A note on linen
Natural linen creases — that's the character of the fabric, not a fault, and never a reason a return would be refused. But please don't wear, wash, or remove tags from a set you intend to return. Once worn or washed, we're unable to accept it back.

A different size, simply.

Our sets are cut relaxed, and finding your size online isn't always exact. If you need a different size, we make exchanges straightforward.

If your preferred size is out of stock, we'll offer a full refund or hold your exchange until the size is back, whichever you prefer.

The things worth knowing.

When does the 14-day window start?
From the day your order is delivered — not the day you ordered. Reach out any time within those 14 days to begin.
How will I be refunded?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For GCC orders, the 30 AED return fee and any return customs charges are deducted from the refund amount — we'll always confirm the final figure with you first.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned set, refunds are completed within 7–10 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider.
What if my set arrives faulty or incorrect?
If we've sent the wrong item or a set has a genuine fault, we cover all costs — including for GCC orders. Email us with a photo and your order number, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Can I return part of a set?
Our sets are sold and returned as complete sets. Both pieces need to be returned together for a return or exchange to be accepted.
